The present invention provides an assembly of an electric connector and a flexible substrate, which is no need to cut a pad of a flexible substrate and a wiring unit when the flexible substrate is pressed in a connector. The assembly has a first terminal (20) and a second terminal (30) in which a connection unit (21A) is arranged in a width direction of the flexible substrate. The connection unit (21A) of the first terminal (20) and a connection unit (31A) of the second terminal (30) are arranged in a zigzag. The width of the connection unit (21A) of the first terminal (20) is smaller than the width of a first pad (41). The width of the connection unit (31A) of the second terminal (30) is smaller than that of the second pad (42) and, also, is higher than that of a second front wiring unit (42A). Also, the width of the connection unit (31A) is set to be higher than a space between the second front wiring unit (42A) and the first pad (41). The connection unit (31A) of the second terminal (30) located on the second pad (42) is located to be far from a first rear wiring unit (41B) of the first pad adjacent to the second pad (42), about maximum dislocation of a width direction of the flexible substrate.
