Provided is a wearable electronic device having a bezel structure allowing a user to feel soft weight sensation and clicking sensation upon bezel rotation. The wearable electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention includes: an external housing having a first surface and a second surface opposing the first surface, in which a first opening is formed through the first surface; a display disposed in the opening; a plate having a substantially circular shape for covering the display while forming at least a portion of the first surface; a first structure forming a portion of the external housing or extending from the external housing; a bezel surrounding an outer circumference of the plate, rotatably mounted on the housing, and including a surface facing a partial surface of the first structure; and a second structure disposed between the partial surface of the first structure and the surface of the bezel, and attached to the first structure. The second structure has a friction coefficient smaller than a friction coefficient of the first structure.
