PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent protection circuit that allows arbitrarily setting of a point of inflection and an inclination and that has a chevron-shaped characteristic, and to provide a charger including the same.SOLUTION: An overcurrent protection circuit used for a series control type constant voltage regulated power supply of a linear regulator includes: a Zener diode in which a cathode is connected to a collector of a main transistor for constant voltage control; and a resistor connected between an anode of the Zener diode and a base of an overcurrent control transistor. |
