PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow coordination setting with a use object peripheral apparatus to be performed by simple operation without requiring complicated setting operation at the time of coordination operation with the peripheral apparatus used for the procedure of at least one object of a commodity registration process and a settlement process, and thereby to prevent deterioration in quality of waiting on a customer.SOLUTION: A transaction processing device comprises: an application control unit that can perform at least one of a settlement application and a business application; a radio communication unit that communicates with at least one peripheral apparatus used for the settlement application or the business application, or a docking device connected with the at least one peripheral apparatus; and a link setting unit that selects a docking device as a first docking device on the basis of the reception quality of respective signals transmitted by a plurality of docking devices, and sets a radio communication link with the at least one peripheral apparatus connected with the first docking device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
