PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator preventing noise from occurring.SOLUTION: A window regulator 1 comprises: a guide rail 31; a carrier plate; a moving-up cable 33; and a moving-down cable 34. The carrier plate has a moving-up end holder, which stores an end of the moving-up cable 33, and a moving-down end holder, which stores an end of the moving-down cable 34. The moving-up end holder is disposed so that the moving-up cable 33 is set outside of the guide rail 31. The moving-down end holder is disposed so that the moving-down cable 34 is set above the guide rail 31.
