PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic apparatus, a probe, an electronic device, a diagnostic apparatus, a processing apparatus, and the like capable of suppressing bias of a radiation sound pressure distribution of ultrasonic waves.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic apparatus includes: a group of ultrasonic elements P11 to PMN where N arrays of a plurality of ultrasonic elements disposed along a first direction D1 are disposed along a second direction D2; first to Nth drive electrode lines SL1 to SLN wired along the first direction D1; a first terminal Tai; and a second terminal Tbi. An ith drive electrode line SLi is connected to ultrasonic elements P1i to PMi that comprise an ith ultrasonic element array. The first terminal Tai is connected to one end of the ith drive electrode line SLi.
