PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorded matter having an image that has superior brightness as well as superior rub resistance.

SOLUTION: An inkjet recording method is provided for discharging, onto a target medium by an inkjet method, a glittering ink in which a glittering pigment is dispersed and a color ink in which a color material is dissolved or dispersed. The inkjet recording method includes: a base layer formation step of forming a base layer on the target medium by applying thereto a resin ink in which a resin material is dissolved or dispersed; a glittering ink recording step of discharging glittering ink onto a first recording area in the base layer; and a color ink recording step of discharging a color ink to the second recording area in the base layer.
