The invention refers to the machine building and bicycle construction, in particular to the three-link cranking mechanism and based on it bicycle carriage pedal mechanism. The proposed cranking mechanism is made of three links (fig. 4) and consists of 1 - the crank arm root (the first link, turning around the axis 7); 2 - the crank arm fork (the second link oscillating around the axis 6); 3 - the crank arm guide bar (the third link, rotating around the axis 7 and joining together all the crank arm parts). The proposed pedal mechanism shown in the fig. 6 consists of the pivot center 9, pedal 12, turning around the pivot center 9 and serving as a foothold; the three-link cranking mechanism 1, 2 and 3, converting the rotating motion of the pedal 12 into rotating motion of the drive wheel, do not shown in the fig. 6.
