An apparatus for preventing a bending bus from being stolen is provided to suppress acceleration of the bus by folding a bent unit between a front part and a rear part of the bus to over 52 angular degrees if a stealing try about the bus is sensed. In a bending bus handled of a front part and a rear part when a bent unit of the bus is folded in steering the bus, an apparatus for preventing the bending bus from being stolen comprises a start key sensor(10) detecting operation of a start key of the bus and outputting signals; a door opening sensor(20) detecting opening/closing of a bus door and outputting signals; and a stealing prevention control unit(30) inputting signals from the door opening sensor and the start key sensor, judging a situation, and outputting cylinder control signals according to the situation.
