A navigation path guide service system using a mobile communication network and a method thereof are provided to transmit the current location information of an originating terminal to a receiving terminal in message type, so that the receiving terminal can demand a navigation path by using the current location information of the originating terminal as destination information, thus the navigation path is more exactly generated. Originating and receiving MIN(Mobile Identification Number) information is delivered, and the current location information of an originating terminal is collected(S10,S12). A message having the current location information of the originating terminal is written(S14). The message is delivered to a terminal corresponding to a receiving MIN(S16). The current location information of the originating terminal within the message is set as destination information, to demand a navigation path guide service(S18). Navigation path data up to the location of the receiving terminal from the location of the originating terminal is generated, and the generated data is delivered to the receiving terminal(S20).
