PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing device without easily making dust to deposit to a filter and a protective guard, in an air blower having the filter and the protective guard in a suction port. SOLUTION: This blowing device has a main box body 11 having the suction port 12 on the back face side and a blowout port 13 on the front side, a motor 15 normally-reversely rotatably supported in this main box body, an axial fan 14 installed on a rotary shaft of this motor, a relay switch 21 and a time switch 22 for switching the rotational direction of the motor, the filter or the protective guard 18 arranged in the suction port, and a disk 19 arranged in a central part of the filter or the protective guard corresponding to a central part of the axial fan.
