<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diversify the color and color tone of a top plate without impairing its appearance. <P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker is composed by comprising the top plate 7, induction heating coils arranged in a lower part of the top plate 7, and a radiant heater. The top plate 7 is composed by forming an optically-transparent thin film 15 formed of a titanium-based metal material on the undersurface of transparent glass having heat resistance. The top plate 7 is equipped with a display part for displaying outputs of the induction heating coils 3 and 4, and the radiant heater 5.
