PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive adhesive resin composition hardly having problems of roll-releasability and blocking properties at the film formation by extrusion lamination, and having adhesiveness to both of a polar material such as glass and aluminum, and a nonpolar material such as a polyethylene and a polypropylene. SOLUTION: The adhesive resin composition comprises (A) 70-95 wt.% ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer having 3-11 wt.% content of the unsaturated ester based on the whole copolymer, and 0.5-100 g/10 min melt flow rate measured based on JIS K 7210, and (B) 5-30 wt.% adhesiveness-imparting resin having 200-300 mg KOH/g acid value.
