PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar like oily solid cosmetic excellent in preservation stability over time such as form-maintenance, etc., and also having a good use feeling, make up-finishing feeling and attaching property of the cosmetic on its application. SOLUTION: This bar like oily solid cosmetic comprises 65.0 to 99.9 mass% oil content containing 8.0 to 20.0 mass% solid oil in the total amount of the bar like oily solid cosmetic, and spherical polymethylsilsesquioxane particles having uneven state surfaces. By blending 0.1 to 4.0 mass% range polymethylsilsesquioxane particles having the uneven surfaces based on the total amount of the bar like oily solid cosmetic, the blending effect of the spherical polymethylsilsesquioxane particles having the uneven surfaces is obtained sufficiently, and also it is possible to markedly express the functions of the other powdery materials used jointly.
