PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sticking an adhesive film, preventing flash of an adhesive in pulling out a long adhesive film wound around a reel and sticking the same, and preventing gapping and off-core. SOLUTION: In this method of sticking an adhesive film, the adhesive film 2 wound round the reel 3 is pulled out and stuck to an object 20 to be stuck. A core part 15 of the reel 3 is provided on a cushion portion 16. The cushion portion 16 is composed of a material having an expansion ratio in the range of 5 to 40. A cushion portion 16 having a thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm may be employed. An anisotropic film having viscoelasticity of 6×104Pa s or less is suitable as the adhesive film 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
