PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily obtain the loading weight of a bucket of a high lift work vehicle and the suspending weight by a winch. SOLUTION: This load control device has an input device 14 inputting data for setting a load control device 1 of the high lift work vehicle for controlling a mounting load to the bucket of the high lift work vehicle having the bucket and the winch arranged in the bucket and a suspension load in the winch, an each work item material database 22 storing quantity data on required materials including equipment and materials, the number of persons and a tool required for work in response to a work item, a tool weight database 23 storing data on weight of the materials including the equipment and materials, the materials and the tool, a CPU 11 calculating the mounting load to the bucket of the high lift work vehicle and the suspension load in the winch by referring to the each work item material database and the weight database based on the input work item, and an output device 15 outputting a calculated result.
