PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer shielded wire of a small diameter excellent in an electromagnetic shield property, light in weight and available with a reasonable price. SOLUTION: With a multi-layers shielded wire 10 with a circumference of an inner conductor 11 sequentially covered with plural layers of outer conductors 13 and 15 through insulating layers 12 and 14, there is maintained a predetermined interval between the adjoining outer conductors 13 and 15 internally and externally disposed with regard to the laminating direction and those outer conductors 13 and 15 are brought into conduction at multi points through material (granular or rod-shaped conductors 21) interposed between those conductors 13 and 15.
