A lithium-ion battery with medium and small capacity and high output, comprising a shell; a cell core and electrolyte solution located in the shell, the said cell core obtained by winding positive sheets, negative sheets and separators between the positive sheets and negative sheets, the said positive sheets coated with positive active material, the said negative sheets coated with negative active material; the said positive active material including LiMn2O4; and the said electrolyte solution having the conductivity of 11-20 ms/cm.
