An emulsion fuel feeding device which can, inexpensively and without affecting the durability of the device, detect the proportion of water in an emulsion fuel which is supplied by the device. An emulsion fuel feeding device for feeding to an engine an emulsion fuel formed by mixing fuel and water, wherein the amount of the fuel supplied to the engine (2) and the speed of the engine (2) are supplied to a governor controller (80) from an engine speed detector (82) and an engine rotation commander (84).
