PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack penetration capacitor with smaller height, which can be easily incorporated in a board with a stable posture.SOLUTION: First and second signal terminal electrodes 5 and 7 and a ground terminal electrode 9 have electrode parts 5a, 7a, and 9a on a main plane 2a, respectively, and include a printed conductor layer formed on an element 2 and a plating layer formed on the printed conductor layer. The thickness of the printed conductor layer of the electrode parts 5a and 7a of the first and second signal terminal electrodes 5 and 7 is equal to the thickness of the printed conductor layer of the electrode part 9a of the ground terminal electrode 9. The total of the area of the printed conductor layer of the first signal terminal electrode 5 and the area of the printed conductor layer of the second signal terminal electrode 7 is equal to the area of the printed conductor layer of the ground terminal electrode 9. The thickness of the plating layer of the electrode parts 5a and 7a of the first and second signal terminal electrodes 5 and 7 is equal to the thickness of the plating layer of the electrode part 9a of the ground terminal electrode 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
