PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary handle capable of carrying out wireless communication without exposing an IC tag to the outside, and a container valve equipped with the rotary handle.SOLUTION: A rotary yoke handle 10 of a tag built-in yoke valve 1 attached to a medical gas cylinder, is composed of a non-metallic handle body 30; a metallic pedestal 40 disposed in the inside of the handle body 30; and a metal-compatible tag 60 installed on an installation surface 42 of the metallic pedestal 40 disposed inside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
