Blood cleaning machine with heated fluid circuit

The machine has a heat exchanger (6), which heats up freshly supplied cold cleaning fluid or water on its inlet side. A circulation valve (40) is provided for switching between a blood purification mode, in which the used cleaning fluid is disposed in an open fluid circuit through the outlet side of the heat exchanger into a drain (30) and a disinfection mode, in which the hot disinfectant is temporarily circulated in a closed fluid circuit. The circulation valve downstream to the heat exchanger is connected on its outlet side. The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel.
