The present invention relates to a data transmission or reception method and device for a first device which receives service list information using the Bluetooth low energy (LE). The present invention provides a method and device wherein: an advertisement message for discovering a second device is received from the second device; a Bluetooth LE connection is established with the second device on the basis of the advertisement message; a first request message which requests connection information for establishing a Bluetooth BR/EDR connection with the second device is transmitted through the Bluetooth LE; a first response message including the connection information is received from the first device; and a Bluetooth BR/EDR connection for providing a particular service is established with the second device.
