A technology of the present invention relates to: a circuit board that can suppress the generation of noise in a conductor loop caused by a magnetic field around side ends of a conductor group; an image-capture element; and an electronic device. This circuit board comprises a conductor group in which a conductor in which a current flows in a first direction and a conductor in which a current flows in a second direction that is substantially opposite the first direction are arranged in a third direction at positions where an induced electromotive force is generated in a conductor loop by a magnetic field generated by a current, wherein the conductor at at least one end of the conductor group in the third direction has a structure that suppresses the induced electromotive force generated in the conductor loop by the magnetic field generated around the conductor group in the third direction. This technology can be applied to image-capture elements and electronic devices, for example.
