The invention relates to a transducer for small angular displacements, with frequency output, meant to be used, in particular, in applications in the field of automatic measurement and control systems. According to the invention, the transducer comprises an amorphous magnetic thread (1) with reduced magnetostriction, mounted in a cylindrical metallic case (3) provided with two circular closure elements (2 and 6), i.e. a fixed one and a mobile one, to which the ends of the amorphous thread (1) are attached, a polarizing coil (4) to be used for modifying the transducer measuring range and a circuit (7) processing the transducer signal, which comprises an oscillator (OSC) for generating a fixed frequency current passing through the amorphous thread (1), a polarizing circuit (CP) for the control of the polarizing coil (4) and an electric displacement angle/frequency converter comprising a phase comparator (CF), a low pass filter (FTJ) and a voltage-controlled oscillator (OCT) which outputs an alternating sinusoidal signal, the frequency of which is proportional with the measured angular displacement. |
