PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device capable of, even when a voltage between a collector/emitter of a bipolar transistor is decreased, suppressing a decrease in the maximum currents that the bipolar transistor can cause to flow to a load.SOLUTION: A power supply control device for controlling a power supply circuit in which when a feedback voltage is decreased, an output voltage is increased includes: a bipolar transistor having an emitter connected to the output part of the output voltage of the power supply circuit and a collector connected to a load; and a feedback circuit for generating the feedback voltage from a power supply voltage output from the collector. The feedback circuit includes: a detection circuit for detecting a collector/emitter voltage of the bipolar transistor; and a voltage division circuit for, when it is detected that the collector/emitter voltage is decreased to a predetermined voltage or less by the detection circuit, dividing the power supply voltage to decrease the feedback voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
