HIGH EFFICIENCY SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high efficiency solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to irradiate a depletion layer of various depths with sunlight by controlling the thickness of a thin film layer which is separately included. CONSTITUTION: A P-N junction unit(100) comprises an n-type semiconductor layer and a p-type semiconductor layer. A lens unit(300) is formed on the P-N junction unit in order to center sunlight on the P-N junction unit. A thin film layer(200) is formed between the P-N junction unit and the lens unit. The thin film layer controls focal distance by controlling the thickness in order to irradiate the P-N junction unit with the sunlight which is centered from the lens unit. A filter unit(400) secludes the sunlight to be irradiated to the depletion layer or reflects the sunlight to outside.
