PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for treating high concentration organic wastewater, nitrogen, and phosphorus are provided to reduce the generation of bad odor by omitting an anaerobic bath emitting phosphorus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating high concentration organic wastewater, nitrogen, and phosphorus includes an anaerobic bath(7), an aerobic bath(8), an alternating bath(9), an anoxic bath(10), a dissolved oxygen maintaining bath(11), and a precipitating bath(12). The alternating bath alternately repeats an aerobic state and an anoxic state. Anaerobic microorganisms are suppressed in the aerobic state, and strictly aerobic microorganisms are suppressed in the anoxic state. Facultatively anaerobic microorganisms are generated in the alternating bath. The anaerobic bath induces the formation of spores based on the facultatively microorganisms. The dissolved oxygen maintaining bath maintains dissolved oxygen in treated water and prevents the floatation of sludge. |
