<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition which has sharp melting in mouth without using a large amount of additives and can retain bloom resistance for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The oil and fat composition comprises, in an oil phase, a SUS-type triglyceride of 15-80 mass% (oil phase base) and also comprises a sucrose fatty acid ester having ≤3 HLB and a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having ≤5 HLB at the mass ratio of the former to the latter of 1:9-9:1, wherein the S and the U represent the following fatty acid respectively.
