An apparatus for converting the wavelength of light is provided to use no soldering process for coupling a pipe member and a cover, thereby preventing the problems due to the soldering process, by sealing a space between the pipe member and the cover using an adhesive material. An apparatus for converting the wavelength of light comprises a pipe member(10) filled with high-pressure gas, a cover(20) coupled with an end portion of the pipe member, and a lens(30) fixed to the inner surface of the cover. The cover and the pipe member are coupled with each other such that the inner circumferential surface of the end portion of the cover faces the outer circumferential surface of the end portion of the pipe member. A sealing member(40) is injected into a loop-shaped space part(21) between the inner circumferential surface of the end portion of the cover and the outer circumferential surface of the end portion of the pipe member.
