<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-luminous bulletin board in which printed matter or a colored film or the like can be easily removed from the front face. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent board 10 is placed on the surface of an emission board, and the transparent board 10 and a translucent colored film 9 or the like are simultaneously pressed and fixed by a presser fittings 3 so that this LED self-luminous bulletin board can be installed from the front face by a simple manual operation. There are several use methods for suspending the emission board for a bulletin from above. Although it used to be necessary to use a special fittings in a conventional manner, it is possible to easily mount the emission board for the bulletin by an external fittings.
