PURPOSE: A high temperature wet-dry parallel anaerobic digesting apparatus for organic waste and a method for the same are provided to minimize the productivity of bio gas by accelerating the anaerobic digestion of organic waste and improving the treating capacity of the organic waste. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature wet-dry parallel anaerobic digesting apparatus includes a first screw dehydrator(11), a dry digesting bath(30), a wet digesting bath(20), and a gas storing bath(40). The first screw dehydrator dehydrates organic waste to be separated according to the concentration of solid materials. The dry digesting bath anaerobically digests organic materials of high concentration. The wet digesting bath anaerobically digests organic materials of low concentration. The gas storing bath stores bio gas generated from the digesting baths. The digesting baths are parallelly formed.
