DRYING METHOD OF SLUDGE AND THEREOF DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for drying sludge in a sludge conveyor are provided to completely dry sludge on a conveyor by implementing a heating process based on a microwave, heaters, and fan heaters. CONSTITUTION: Sludge is introduced into a hopper. The sludge is drawn into the form of strings based on the compression of a plat roller and a shaping roller. The shaped sludge is conveyed by a net-shaped conveyor(3). A drying part includes a microwave and heaters(8, 10). The microwave primarily heats the sludge on the conveyor. The heaters secondarily heat the sludge by heating air. The dried sludge is discharged. A plurality of fan heaters(7) is installed at the drying part to thirdly heat the sludge by sucking waste hot wind from the lower side of the drying part and re-heating the sludge.
