PURPOSE: Producing apparatus and method for dried laver are provided to enable users to effectively separate foreign materials attached to raw laver using a raw laver sterilizer. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus for dried laver comprises the following: a molding unit(10) for spreading raw laver mixed with water on a laver screen(2); a dehydrator pressing the laver screen for removing the water from the laver screen; a drier for drying the raw laver on the laver screen; a dried laver separating unit(40) separating the dried laver from the laver screen; a raw laver sterilizer(80) including an ultrasonic generator for applying ultrasonic waves to a mixture of the raw laver and the water for generating the cavitation phenomenon inside the mixture; a washing unit(60) removing foreign materials from the laver screen after separating the dried laver; a brush(61) contacting the laver screen; and a brush driving unit(62) for removing the foreign materials from the laver screen by moving the brush. |
