PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly provide FAX data to a user who requests browsing. SOLUTION: In an information processor, when acquiring FAX data received by any of a plurality of FAX devices 21, 32 and 33, an FAX server 40 stores the acquired FAX data in a folder in an HDD45 associated with the FAX device which has received the FAX data, and outputs electronic mail including the address of the storage destination of the FAX data to a user PC based on user management information 45b acquired by associating the information of a user with the information of the FAX device which can be browsed by the user. Thus, the information of the user and the information of the FAX device which can be browsed by the user are associated with each other, and the FAX device which has received the FAX data and the received FAX data are associated with each other, and the address of the storage destination of the FAX data is outputted to the user associated with every FAX device.
