PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus which equalizes a width of magnetic gap, and also is thinned and reduced in size. SOLUTION: The speaker apparatus has a frame and a magnetic circuit. The magnetic circuit has a first pair of plates which face each other, a pair of magnets which are arranged facing each other on the plate surfaces and have the facing magnet surfaces with different polarities, and a second pair of plates which face each other on the each surface. A first and a second magnetic gaps are respectively formed between a pair of the first and the second plates, and an outer wall of the magnetic circuit is attached on an interior side face of the frame with adhesive. Even if suction force by magnetic force occurs between a pair of magnets, etc., therefore, a frame is prevented from being pulled inside and deformed, by existence of a spacer, and the first and the second magnetic gaps are held in a fixed width. According to the method, thinning and downsizing of the speaker apparatus are attained since thickness of the frame is made smaller. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
