PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press working apparatus which has sufficient working ability, can apply a biased load according to the shape of a workpiece, and can suppress the distortion of an upper die, a slide, etc. of the press working apparatus. SOLUTION: The press working apparatus 100 comprises a lower die 12, the upper die 13 having the shape corresponding to the lower die 12, and a plurality of linear motors 14 for moving the upper die 13 up and down, wherein a plurality of the linear motors 14 can be independently driven.
