PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tipping plate on which the foot is put when a care giver applies his weight to the rear part of a wheeled chair to lift up the front of the wheeled chair, and the tipping plate fitted with a turnover preventive mechanism. SOLUTION: A warped part 45 is rotatably fitted to a locking part 41 by a bolt. When a lever 42 provided on the front of the warped part 45 is pulled, a lock pin 43 where a spring 47 is energized is slipped out of a lock hole 44 interlocking with the lever 42 so that a turnover preventive frame 32 can be pulled upward around the warped part 45.
