A rotor of a motor is provided to improve strength of a core structure by separating a permanent magnet and a leakage preventing hole and installing a rib at the leakage preventing hole, thereby preventing a deforming phenomenon in a high speed rotation. A rotor of a motor includes a shaft(100), a plurality of cores(200), a plurality of permanent magnets(300), and a reference unit(400). The cores are coupled to the shaft. The permanent magnets are inserted into each of the cores. The reference unit is formed at the shaft and the cores and arranges the permanent magnets to have phase differences along a rotation direction. The reference unit includes a coupling protrusion(420) and a coupling groove(430). The coupling protrusion is formed at the shaft or any one of the cores. The coupling groove is formed at the shaft or another core.
