A two pole electro gas arc welding apparatus using a ceramic-coated tip is provided to improve the quality of a welding part by reducing a range in which the welding part is affected. A two pole electro gas arc welding apparatus using a ceramic-coated tip comprises a supplying device(10) for supplying first and second wires(W1,W2). A first guide unit(20) receives the first wire from the supplying device, and is powered by a controller(50) to generate arc using the first wire toward a plate to be welded. A second guide unit(30) receives the second wire, and is powered by the controller to heat the second wire at the high temperature. An insulator is installed on at least one of the first and second guide units. A transfer unit(40) transfers at least one of the first and second guide units. The controller controls at least one of the supplying device, the first and second guide units, and the transfer unit.
