PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating an environment capable of making environment temperatures to be parallel to a horizontal face and in a layer fashion, the environmental temperatures being in a temperature testing booth to be used for temperature testing of electronic devices, and maintaining the temperature in each layer to be at a desired constant level, and to provide the temperature testing booth to be used therefor. SOLUTION: This temperature testing booth comprises a heat radiation fan, a blower fan having a heater, a temperature sensor, and a controller for controlling the temperature in the temperature test booth, according to information of the temperature in the temperature test booth detected by the temperature sensor. The controller controls the blowing direction and the blowing rate of each of the blower fan and the heat radiation fan, to form a plurality of regions in a layer fashion, in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction in the temperature test booth so that the temperature of each region is maintained at a constant level.
