PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the examination reliability of blood transfusion examination or the like by suppressing the irregularity of the amounts of a washing liquid supplied into a large number of test tubes in a washing liquid injection process and equalizing the discharge amounts of the supernatant fluid discharged from a large number of the test tubes in a supernatant fluid discharge process in a cell washing centrifuge for washing bio-cells such as blood corpuscles or the like. SOLUTION: The cell washing centrifuge has a rotor 2, a plurality of test tube holders 3 mounted in a circular row in a freely revolvable manner and revolved in the outside horizontal direction of the circular row by the centrifugal force due to the rotation of the rotor 2 and a cell washing rotor 25 rotated simultaneously with the rotor 2 and comprising a washing liquid distributing element 5 for supplying the washing liquid 5a into a plurality of the test tubes 4 respectively held to a plurality of the test tube holders 3. The test tube holders 3 hold the test tubes 4 in a state of inclination from a vertical state 4y so that the center axis 4a of each of the held test tubes 4 is inclined an angleθof inclination from the vertical line direction 4y along the rotary shaft 8a of the rotor 2 to the horizontal line direction 4x along the tangential line of a circle formed by the circular row of the test tube holders 3.
