PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver, an information processing method and a program, enabling updating the allocation of a station selection key, without using an NIT (Network Information Table).SOLUTION: A receiver 10 includes: a broadcast receiver unit 11 which receives a broadcast wave; a storage unit 16 for storing a service ID for identifying each of a plurality of services, provided through a broadcast receiver unit 11, and a key ID for identifying an operation key to select one of the plurality of services, in an associative manner; an update unit 177 for updating, based on a service ID and a key ID acquired through the broadcast receiver unit 11, the key ID stored in the storage unit 16 to the acquired key ID; and a display unit 15 which, on the basis of an input key ID and the key ID and the service ID stored in the storage unit 16, displays information provided by a service indicated by the service ID associated with the input key ID.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
