<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight rat proof cable having everlasting rat proof effect. <P>SOLUTION: A rat proof cable 10 comprises a stranded wire core 1 having a predetermined number of insulating wire cores, an internal coating resin layer 2 formed on the outer periphery of the stranded wire core 1, and a PEEK resin layer 3 formed on the outer periphery of the internal coating resin layer 2. The PEEK resin layer 3 has the characteristics of flexural modulus in the range of 2000-6000 MPa, a hardness of ASTMD-785, the characteristics of M scale of 90 or higher, and the characteristics of friction coefficient in the range of 0.08-0.4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
