<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of displaying vivid images with well-balanced colors of EL elements and well-balanced light emission luminance. <P>SOLUTION: In a pixel in which a larger amount of current is supplied to an EL element, the width of leading wiring is increased which supplies voltage or current to an EL element of the pixel. This reduces the wiring resistance of the leading wiring for supplying voltage or current to the EL element of the pixel, in the pixel in which a larger amount of current is supplied to the EL element. As the wiring resistance is lower, the potential drop in the leading wiring is reduced, thereby increasing the amount of current to be supplied to the EL element. Actually, in a practical panel, the space for the leading wiring is limited, so the amount of current to be supplied to the EL element of each color can be adjusted by changing the ratio between the widths of the leading wiring of the colors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
