摘要 The present invention relates to a gripping device (1) for mechanical fasteners, such as rivets, screws, bolts and similar and to a robot effector employing such a device. The device comprises a housing (10) and a pair of jaws (20, 21) arranged on a holder (40), which pair is adapted to grip a mechanical fastener therebetween. The holder (40) is in turn arranged rotatable inside of the housing (10) and the jaws (20, 21) allow a self-centering of a gripped mechanical fastener.
