The present invention relates to a croquette and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of a croquette using bread. The manufactured croquette has excellent voluminosity, an excellent texture of food, and excellent nutritional aspects. The manufacturing method has a shortened process by using bread to manufacture the croquette. While providing promptness of the manufacturing process, the manufacturing method specifically allows people to taste an original flavor of bread. The manufacturing method of the croquette comprises the following steps of: 1) putting a potato salad on a slice of bread, wherein the potato salad is prepared by mixing mashed potato, minced cucumber, minced carrot, minced onion, canned corn, minced ham, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, agave syrup, and ground pepper; 2) covering the top of potato salad with another slice of bread, putting the resultant product in a bakeware, and fusing the overlapped slices of bread by applying a pressure with a press for 10 minutes at 18°C; 3) applying a dried starch powder to an external part of the overlapped slices of bread; and 4) immersing the resultant product in an egg mixture, covering the same with bread crumbs, and frying the same in oil at 160°C, wherein the egg mixture is prepared by whisking eggs. |
