摘要 The present invention relates to an aerobic fermentation system, which can improve fermentation efficiency through effective aeration and deaeration, and can facilitate separation and disassembly of an aerobic fermentation device by simplifying a configuration for aerobic fermentation. According to the present invention, provided is the aerobic fermentation system, comprising: an aerobic fermentation tank in which organic waste is fermented; a circulation line, one end of which is extended from the aerobic fermentation tank, and the other end of which is branched into an aeration line and a deaeration line and returned to the aerobic fermentation tank; a circulation pump which pumps the organic waste so that the organic waste in the aerobic fermentation tank is circulated through the circulation line; a first valve which is disposed in the aeration line of the circulation line; a water level sensor which detects a change in a water level in the aerobic fermentation tank; and a control unit which controls the first valve and the circulation pump in response to a signal, indicative of the change in the water level, transferred from the water level sensor, wherein the control is performed such that only deaeration is performed by closing the first valve when the water level in the aerobic fermentation tank rises to a first reference water level, both aeration and deaeration are performed by opening the first valve when the water level in the aerobic fermentation tank drops below the first reference water level, and operation of the circulation pump is stopped when the water level in the aerobic fermentation tank rises to a second reference water level higher than the first reference water level.
