The present invention relates to a cutting device using a centrifugal force caused by rotation. A rotor is rotated by a rotary device, and a cutting plate having a cutting tool attached to the rotor is moved by the centrifugal force in the direction opposite to a center of rotation. The cutting tool attached to the cutting plate cuts while rotating along the circumferential surface of an object to be cut and applying the same force as the centrifugal force to an object to be cut (a pipe). |
