PURPOSE: A handle for a cooking pan is provided to check temperature of a cooking pan with eyes because the color of a heat-sensitive ink of a heat transfer member is changed by heat generating in the cooking pan. CONSTITUTION: A handle(14) for a cooking pan(10) comprises a through-hole(16), a vertical hole(18), a heat transfer member(20), and a flat plate(24). The through-hole is formed inside of the handle. A bolt penetrates through the through-hole, and is coupled to a bracket(12) of a cooking pan to fix the handle. The vertical hole is formed in the top of the handle and vertically connected to the through-hole. The heat transfer member is fitted in the vertical hole. The heat transfer member and the flat plate are formed in one body in a state where the top of the heat transfer member is exposed to the outside of the handle. A heat-sensitive ink(26) is coated on the top of the flat plate and the color of the heat-sensitive ink is changed according to temperature change. |
